Kraft: Mac & Cheese

It’s hardly a new concept for business’ to use social media to engage with customers, but Kraft Mac & Cheese got creative with their own little tribute to their Facebook followers recently. In a seven minuteacapella music video (titled “Likeapella”), the brand did a shout out to 4,800 fans who had “Liked” a previous post on the social media site, proving that you can foster excellent client relationships as well as providing entertainment value to the rest of your fan base.
