Social Media is a necessity for businesses, especially those on a minimal budget.

Customer and Client interaction should be a way of life, it makes them feel special and “part of it” and there is nothing better than getting a comment or a re-tweet from someone on one of your social media platforms.

When it comes to social media, it’s easy to get drawn in deep, spending hours at the keyboard tweeting and liking and friend-ing. But how much is too much?

Apparently three hours a day is typical of an average individual (Jesus is it any wonder the economy is in such a state), according to a survey by research firm Ipsos Open Thinking Exchange.
